Wonder weeks a lie?

Anyone else’s baby not seem to follow the wonder weeks leaps or have any “symptoms” of it? I posted about this after leap 2 and sure enough my baby is still just 🤷🏻‍♀️ like I wouldn’t know we were supposedly in a leap without the app telling me. But she still learns and isn’t developmentally behind or anything. Anyone else like this? Tell me I’m not alone haha

I couldn’t stand the wonder weeks! My baby didn’t follow it but besides that- I never pay for apps. So $3 for an app was a lot for me and I felt it was kind of ridiculous- and then I was so pissed to find out it only has information for like 8 leaps 😒 total waste of money. I deleted it immediately after. I tried to put a 1 star review but there are thousands of 5 star reviews so my comment didn’t even make a dent. But then after looking there are also thousands of 1 star reviews! Wish I looked at them before. Oh well.

I’ve read a lot online about how wonder weeks are fake and how the author is kinda shady. My baby followed it for the first two, but after that’s it’s been whatever she’s feeling. I still think it’s interesting and like reading about the leaps. But I just take it all with a grain of salt now. 🤷‍♀️
