Going to get either the nexaplanon (which I know I'm not a fan of) or copper iud (I didnt do well on the mirena 4 years ago) and I'm sad. The mini pill made my PPD worse. I need a breastfeeding safe option and unfortunately there aren't many. Part of me just wants to be done breastfeeding so I can go back to the combined pill I know I did okay on but I really want to make it to a year.
