BFP - things that helped me

Hi ladies! I finally got my BFP yesterday at 11DPO after having a gut wrenching miscarriage in May, and having been TTC since July 2018. It’s been a rough journey but I’m praying that I have a happy and healthy 9 months. I wanted to share a few things that helped me this month because I know how stressful and daunting TTC can be.

- acupuncture on CD 2, 5, 9

- three massages over three consecutive weeks

- eating beef before ovulation, chicken after ovulation

- husband and I put ashwahganda powder in our coffees every morning

- this was the first month I didn’t travel/get on a plane since I’ve been TTC since July 2018 so I really think staying home helped

- limited alcohol as much as possible

- staying active/working out with my trainer or playing tennis 4-5 times a week
