I just found out I'm pregnant and about 4 years ago I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and had to have the inner part of my cervix removed. I know there are some risks to my pregnancy and that brings me to my main concern. Me and my husband are very sexually active and he is quite big. Sometimes it actually hurts and I have to reposition so he isn't going quite as deep. Would this in anyway hurt the baby? I'm actually scared to have sex right now.
