Do anybody have any success stories of trying to conceive w/ Azoospermia. My husband and I are in the early stages of finding out he has Azoospermia, he took a second SA on Sept 9th confirming no sperm. I’m so scared and worried with being on this journey. I really just need to hear a happy ending story, but it doesn’t seem to be many within this community! I have faith though. He’s taken an ultrasound and apparently there is no blockage found. Tomorrow we go for blood work 🤞🏾
