I’m so scared I’m pregnant

I’m a freshmen in college. And I thought this guy liked me but he didn’t. Long story short he ghosted next after I found out he took the condom off and tried to finish in me. I felt it and pulled him out, but I’m so scared that I’m pregnant. I’m on the nexplanon, and haven’t had my period in months (took a test and it came back negative but this was a few days ago) but now I’m having thick white discharge that I’ve never experienced before. Basically since I’ve gotten the implant I haven’t had a period or discharge so I’m freaking out. I read online that thick discharge is a sign of early pregnancy I’m so scared what do I do?
