I had my clitoral hood done and LOVED the way it looked!! It didn’t hurt at all since it’s such a thin piece to be pierced. It really did make it look so pretty down there. However I removed it, cause to me it just got in the way. Everybody always said it’ll “add” to the pleasure but that wasn’t the case for me. It just wasn’t pleasurable to have a metal ball rubbing on her to be honest. It was kind of disappointing. My man is great at what he does, and even he said it got in the way and although it looked great, he’d prefer her bare and more “available” lol. 🙈 so I took it out. Still miss it in regards to how pretty it was, but I definitely missed the pleasure I get now without it being in the middle of the way. 💜🤷🏽‍♀️

I have several down there, but my vertical hood was the easiest and least painful. Just make sure your piercer is licensed and has done the type of piercing you want many times before you. I’ve had mine (I also have the Christina and horizontal hood) for like 3-4 years now, and love them! Also have your piercer look at your anatomy, bc what’s easiest for one may not be possible on another body. Good luck babe!

I wanted one for a while and was ready to get it then I talked to a friends mom who had it done before and had to take it out because it would arouse her when she walked 😂 I figured with how sensitive I already am down there I don’t need to add to it

Clitoral hood piercings should NOT reduce your feeling in your clit. They heal quite fast as well because there is a lot of blood flow down there. I have my hood pierced and had no pain after the initial piercing. Easy to take care off. I don’t even know it’s there 99% of the time anymore. Just make sure you talk to a professional licensed piercer who you trust. My piercer told me he would make sure it was appropriate for my anatomy before he would go through with the piercing. Anywho... best thing I have ever done for myself.
