What do Jonah can and can’t you do when pregnant??

I haven’t had my doctors appointment yet but I need help! What foods can’t I eat while being pregnant? Can I take baths while being pregnant? If so how hot is the hottest they can be? When can I find out the gender?!? Please tell me everything I need to know to make this pregnancy healthy! It’s my first pregnancy and I’m very excited but also very worried about a miscarriage for some reason!
