In need of prayers

I have had light brown spotting intermittently since 6dp5dt. I had my ultrasound at 5w6d and my ultrasound showed my fetal pole measuring that exactly. Today I gush some red blood so I went to the ER. My beta was only 4056 but my previous beta done on October 4 was 1800. So 8 days ago. My ultrasound today in the ER shows the gestational and yolk sack by no fetal pole and I’m supposed to be 6w2d but they said I’m measure around 5w6d. I’m absolutely terrified for my little baby. Please say a prayer 🙏🏼😭
