What’s in my future?

Question

So I took letrozole for 3 cycles and clomid for 2. I did not successfully ovulate with the medication. For those who may have experienced the same. What was your next step? I have an appointment to have an ultrasound again on Friday and discuss options but I am just dying to know what worked for others.

I also did three rounds without ovulating. Added a pregnyl trigger shot along with ultrasound monitoring to see how the follicles were doing and I finally O’d.

I switched to injectables.  Which can be a pain as you need frequent ultrasounds to monitor

Either they’ll up your dosage or they might try injectable meds (gonadotropins) that can be more successful. Or they might do further research into figuring out why you’re not ovulating at all￼
