Any tips on heartburn?😒

I’m over 6 weeks and have had the worse heartburn! It’s so early I’m pretty surprised I have this! 
Any natural remedies, or is gaviscon ok?!

Rennies did the trick for me. Prop your upper body up with pillows in bed if it’s bothering you during the night.

Ranatidine or something like that. There is a brand called Zantac but you can get it on amazon in bulk. I lived on it with my little boy!

Definitely ask your midwife for a prescription, they gave me a cheap version but it's still the same principle, the one I had was called peptac.

Gaviscon is fine, I believe you can get it on prescription? I use Rennie, just the regular one, also good. Tums taste nicer but I found them less effective. 
Natural remedies, I've heard of lemon water but I found even drinks contributed to heartburn at times! Hope you find some relief.
