I'm SO confused 🤔

I'm CD 17 today, Lmp was October 3rd. My period is like clock work and I never spot between periods. I know cycles can change at any time though.

Also finished my last Femara 10/5.

This morning I woke up to spotting, dark brown and it's a very little amount. I'm just unsure of why. I have absolutely no cramps at all what so ever and my period isn't due until the 25th of this month.

Then this morning I took this pregnancy cheapy and swear there's something there but I don't know. Just so confused, any insight would be appreciated. 🥰 Thanks ladies!
