Baby acne treatment

Any suggestions? Breast milk hasn’t worked at all.

I literally just left hers alone. I don’t use any soap  or lotion on her face. The breast milk took away the redness but just leaving it alone took away everything else.  She just gets random heat bumps now.

My baby gets those bumps, but I believe it’s heat rash from napping on my chest after nursing. It always turns up on the cheek she was resting on and goes away in a few days afterwards.

My babies acne was really really bad I just kept putting breastmilk and water. I didn’t use anything on her face. Honestly I think it’s just time though

My daughters looked the same but my peds said it was a heat rash which was why my breastmilk wasn’t helping get rid of it. They told me jsut to make sure her face/neck was super try after baths and not use wipes around her face for any reason and it went away after several days.

my daughters acne looks the same, i thought it was a reaction to the detergent on our clothes but pediatrician said it’s baby acne. she suggested cerave healing ointment or aquaphor healing ointment but try it on her legs first to make sure she doesn’t get a reaction

I washed my baby’s face with a warm wet washcloth before bed every day. No soap or anything. Just warm water. The acne cleared up in a week.

Has she seen the doctor to confirm that it’s baby acne rather than some sort of reaction?  Possibly laundry detergent on fabrics she’s laying on?  
Baby acne does take a long time to clear though.  My son is nearly 7 weeks and still has some of the spots that started at only a few days old.  They’re white though, not red and angry looking like those.
