So it’s my boyfriend’s birthday in a few days, for my birthday this year he got me a vinyl player and records. I was planning to get him a Nintendo switch. I know this is going to sound so so selfish. But I’m planning to end things with him, I just feel so horrible doing it a few days before his birthday.

This the thing, where I live the switch costs $450 I don’t really want to pay that much, he spent $350 on me so I feel like its sad if I spend less on him.

I am seeing him this Thursday, do you think I should end it then, his birthday is next Friday. Should I still get him a something small. Or take him out for lunch as friends.
