When should I start taking prenatal vitamins? how many times do I have to see the doctor per  month?? First time mom here ...

You should start right away. At the start of pregnancy you’ll go once every 4 weeks. Starting at 28 weeks you’ll go every 2 weeks, and then weekly starting at 36 weeks. That is of course in “typical pregnancy”. You may have extra visits if things come up along the way...like if you need an extra scan, or have to take the second GD test, etc

You’re supposed to take prenatals for 3 months before conceiving so start those right away!
