Synthroid?

Has anyone had to take a low dose of synthroid for Fertility? I got my blood results back and I tested high for TSH so they are putting me on synthroid for the duration of my fertility treatments, whatever they may be (just started this process). Just curious if anyone has had any experience with this drug, tips, side effects, etc. Thank you!

I just started it Oct. 1st after labs showed my TSH was at 5.  The only thing I noticed is it didn't have much of an appetite the first 2 days.  My doctor said it takes 6 weeks to regulate the hormones.  She also told me to restart my count of 6 months of ttc (before seeking fertility treatment) to after the 6 weeks on synthroid.

I'm taking it right now and I'm not a fan. It affected my hunger initially and it also lengthened my cycle.

I had to go on it after IVF... the hormones were hard on my thyroid.  I've been on it since May and haven't noticed any side effects.  I have been on a low dose and my levels have been good.

Just started too a week ago. No effects so far except i feel happier.
