Pregnancy Symptoms

I’m 4 weeks and already got a yeast infection. So hard to enjoy anything even though I know it doesn’t effect pregnancy. I also started having a toothache. Dentist said it could be that I’m grinding my teeth in my sleep without knowing it. I know pregnancy can be related to dental issues too though. Anyone else having random symptoms like this?
