I got my IUD out on the 25th of September and immediately started Dienogest. Me and the boyfriend had sex 25 & 26. Full knowing there was a chance I could get pregnant. From the 27-30 I had light bleeding assuming withdrawal bleeding from the IUD and then that was it.

Fast forward to last 1.5 weeks I’ve had heartburn like a mofo, I also messed up and missed one day of my pill. We always have unprotected sex.

I tested on Friday only because I had very light bleeding for one day for maybe less than an hour. Super faint. Barely there. Then today I have had the strangest cramps and nothing overly painful feels like period but not as extreme. I’m genuinely confused.

I was put in the iud to reduce bleeding due to PCOS diagnosis, then that wasn’t working for me so they put me on Dienogest 2 mg of progesterone to help stop the bleeding which it did but now I’m having all these weird symptoms.

Anyone else have anything like this happen?
