Hi guys I posted about some days ago about my period. This is my question

I add I miscarriage around June, after then my period has been irregular so last month I was place on clomid metformin and multivitamin and period came about 13 of last month ...so this month my period is 3 days late I did a test at home one was faint the other was invalid....and my body is normal except for like 2 two again I was having headaches and high temperatures but that stop after a week...so now my feeling is that I have heavy stomach pain...and like there is something in my naval side ,and something I feel like there is something in my throat.....pls what should I do ...should I wait more days before I test or I take another clomid and vitamins for my period to come ...and also am so scared....hubby has been disturbing me to get pregnant on time ....
