Help! What do y’all think?

So a little back story. I found out I was pregnant Aug 24, and we lost our 3rd angel on the 31st. I’ve had a “period” since then and I used quotations because my last period was weird. It started 3 days late with the first 24 hours being spotting. I wore my mensural cup for around 24 hours and then took it out. The “period ended about 10 days ago. I have a couple symptoms and decided to test knowing that it would be negative. I cannot tell if this is the start of something or an evap line. What do y’all think?
