Pubic/Pelvic bone pain?? 😩
Y’all anyone else feel like they have been repeatedly punched in the pubic/pelvic bone area?? It seriously feels like I’m so bruised down there, but nothing is there. Is this just body adjusting for labor/delivery? Not to mention the lower back pains have intensified 🥵ðŸ˜
