What are my chances? I’m 7DPO 7 days away from AF arrival. I don’t know if I missed this one by not BD the day of my peak which was 10/7.

I had slight AF like cramps 4/5DPO not long lasted about 1 to 2 minutes. Than yesterday 6DPO I had a twinge on my left lower stomach area. Nothing more. My breasts usually hurt before AF arrival nothing this month 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have had on and off nausea (probably nerves) the last few days. Any insight? Does it look promising? I really think I should of BD all week 🤦🏻‍♀️
