Itchy and swollen???

So the past few days my vagina has been itchy and swollen and more red than normal. I don't think it's any type of std or anything since there isn't any weird discharge or bumps or anything. It's just very sensitive and feels dry and when I go to the bathroom and wipe with toilet paper it feels as though my vagina will rip and I'm barely touching it with the tp. I can't afford going to the doctor right now since literally I just went and am going to get a simple procedure on my foot. I'm 19 and I don't live at home anymore so I need some help here.
