Incorporating pumping w/breastfeeding
My baby is two weeks old and I have been exclusively breastfeeding. In the next couple weeks, I am looking to incorporate pumping...just enough to start including my husband to give her one bottle a day. How do I go about this? Do I pump right after feeding? Or wait a little bit? I’ll probably only pump once a day because breastfeeding is already a full time job. Eventually it’ll be more when I go back to work, but I’m going to start small.
