What should I do?

I’m on the birth control patch. Although 3 weeks in a row I changed my patch more than 48 hours late or I forgot completely. So that was all 3 of my monthly patches I messed up but started my off week on time and was late on my period, which was short and light. Could I of messed my birth control up enough that I messed up my cycle and ovulated? Because now I’m having nausea at night like I did when I was pregnant with my daughter. I have no clue when I could’ve ovulated so I have no clue when I’m safe to take a test and get an accurate result. All I know if my period ended October 6th and was only 3 days long and remotely light bleeding. Which I normally have a heavy 5-6 day period.

A lot of rambling but what should I do? Do I test now? Do I wait? Am I probably over reacting? Do I continue using the patch or take it off Incase I am pregnant? So confused please help, I’m currently look for a new obgyn so I don’t have any where to go get my blood tested.
