3 weeks ago today I had surgery to remove aggressive stage 4 endometriosis, remove my appendix because it was attached to my right ovary, stuffed full with endo tissue and bleeding!! Pain beyond pain!! My large intestine was attached to my cervix and uterus and that was taken off. Removed scar tissue off my left and right ovary, I may not be able to conceive from my left ovary because it’s not 100% free from scar tissue, but I haven’t ovulated on my own in over a year with out fertility meds! I know this isn’t positive yet, but it’s damn close!! We are starting letrozole again next cycle and a new drug to help with thickening uterine lining. After 4 years of trying and a miscarriage 2 years ago we may finally have our first(and possibly only) baby soon!!
