Threatened abortion ?!?!

Ig on the paper i received from the doc it said “diagnosis threatened abortion” so i look it up & seen this...

Im scared as hell. I had cramps no bright red blood with clots jus browm stuff that lasted a few days... n cramps . It stopped & as of rn i have regular light yellow cm .... is this bad ? No pain just lower back pains & cramps that last a few seconds them stops.. should i be worried I’ll miscarriage? Im so scared😨

If you went to an appointment outside your regularly scheduled appointment to get checked, they likely put that on there so your insurance would cover the appointment and additional testing.

A “threatened” one is just a possibly of a miscarriage. It doesn’t mean it’s for sure happening. Just keep an eye on the bleeding.

The brown stuff js probably old blood... I wouldn’t stress because that could lead to miscarriage, but your doctor may monitor you more closely.

Any bleeding is considered a threatened abortion but many go on fine. Lots of people bleed in their first trimester. It’s just a label but doesn’t mean one is going to happen
