Hi ladies. I’ve done 3 cycles of clomid last year without monitoring with by OB. No luck. Now with my RE, I finished the 3rd cycle 5mg a day (2 of them were with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>, no issues with the sperm) no luck as well. I only had 1 mature follicle each cycle, triggered all 3 times, confirmed ovulation. I have PCOS. So next step will be <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IvF</a>. BUT, i am on my 3rd day of my period and we want to go on a vacation next week. (<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">Ivf</a> starts next month) I still have one refill left of Letrozole 5mg a day. My question is, would you do an unmonitored cycle with just femara? Our vacation will be right in the days when I used to ovulate with Femara. I asked the doctor, but he kind of ignored the main question and said that is good to go on vacation before <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>, so the ovaries can rest. I am also on Metformin for months. Would you take Femara without monitoring or better don’t?
