Really upset stomach

I haven't eaten much today because I've been nauseous and my stomach has been really upset. I did have a BM, fairly normal. I just feel so sick though. Hoping it's just a bug and not a sign of impending labor, I'm only 35 weeks. Does anyone else have an upset stomach?
