so i got my flu shot earlier today like a good mama and am having a slight temp (99.2) with horrible chills, and achy muscles. chills to the point i was shaking while pumping. my boobs are sore but not hot to the touch. i think its more from the muscle aches than actual boob pain. i just pumped and got plenty out (more than usual actually) so no clogged ducts.

any nurse mamas have any ideas?? i should note i dont usually get the flu shot so idk if this is normal or not.
