Raspberry leaf tea?

Has anyone started drinking this yet? I drank it with my first , but I think I started early on. Are you supposed to wait until a certain week to start drinking it?

From what I understand it's something that should be started around 37 weeks. But I'm not forsure. Its probably best if you talk to your ob/midwife about it.

I've been drinking it and midwives said it's fantastic to enjoy throughout entire pregnancy. You just increase it as you get further along.

I’ve drank it my whole pregnancy so far, I did with my last pregnancy too. 😊 my doctor told me it’s safe.

My midwife told me not to drink it before 35w 🤷🏼‍♀️

I read a cup a day is okay in your 2nd trimester and you can increase it in your third and closer to your due date
