Weight loss
Okay ladies this is me coming out of my comfort zone! I want to loose 70 pounds. I dont know what a good time goal is for that. 6 months? I'm 19 female and I weight 220. I want to be 150 but I dont want to loose my ass or tits. They make me feel sexy and confident. The photo below was taken November 3rd 2018 and when I saw it I felt disgusted. I thought "Oh my God how fat and ugly I look!" And from then I've known I needed to loose weight. I dont know what meal plans to do or what fitness programs or anything like that but Ik Im broke and need to loose some weight. Is 70 pounds to much to loose? Should I shoot for 50? I dont know just looking for advice and tips on how I can reach my goal. Please no negative comments I'm very self continuous, that's why I'm trying to make some changes so I feel better in my own skin.
