My school pays is through this app or whatever, but it’s saying my school ID and email is wrong?
I’ve tried my personal and school email.   Wtf, help? Ideas?
Yes Ik go talk to the aid office. I was already there, don’t wanna go back☹️

My university utilizes bank mobile as well. There should be a way to reset your password using your emails. If none of them come up, wait a day and try again. Sometimes they push updates that screw with log ins. If it doesn't work within 24 hours, call the aid office. I find they are more useful on the phone as opposed to in person. I'd also call Bank Mobiles customer service first if you have logged in before. They may be able to find you on their end and reset your account.
