Nanny gave son raw honey

Came home today and went through with our nanny what she fed our son. He is 6 months 22 days. She gave him a spoonful of raw honey mixed in his mashed food. I'm not mad at her, as she didnt know, but very concerned. I called my doctor, they said to watch for signs of botulism. I'm going to have him sleep with us tonight so I can monitor his breathing etc. I'm a worried mess even though it sounds like small odds. The peak of signs is between 18-36 hours, but can be up to 30 days later. I'm a mess. Any advice?
