Looks like an allergic reaction to the soap. I had to switch to Thinkbaby and no fragrance soaps, lotions, and fabric softeners. My sons skin always looked like that after a bath.

My son also just had a rash just like this. We emailed his doctor and he said it was a viral rash. That it goes away on its own. So what we did was an eczema oatmeal bath and changed his lotion. You can email his doctor those pictures as well and see what they say ￼

Hello! Update: i went to the doctor and they found out he developed allergy in his medication. . Thank you, ladies.

My son had that, amazon and whole foods has this eczema soap and coconut oil I used.  It was way better the day after.
