I need motivation ๐๐
Up until this year, and I mean literally since I was a child, i have always been very healthy and active. I never had a problem with portion control, fitting in healthy food, and finding time to work out.
Ever since I got pregnant though, I've completely spiraled into a new lifestyle that I really want to get out of.
I'm now 2 months PP and my efforts to get back at it feel like I'm going no where. I feel so lazy like somehow I have forgotten how to work out and eat healthy.
Today for example, I ate gelati, popeyes, skittles, drank a ton of soda and climbing the stairs to my apt made me lose my breath ๐
Has anyone gotten into this funk? How do I kickstart that fire again and how do I reset my normal habits??? I know I just need to do it but where do I start with working out when I've taken a year off???
