Books on parenting more than one kid?

Question

We’re currently expecting #2 (hooray!). Our son will have just turned two when his sister is born. We feel medium-confident that we have this “parents of an only child” thing under control, but have heard rumors about there being a new ballgame? 
I’d like to prepare for this new ballgame to the extent I can. Tips and tricks are appreciated too, but if you know any books we’d love some suggestions.

Someone strongly recommended the book Siblings Without Rivalry to me - I haven’t picked it up yet but plan to read it in the next few months.

I’m almost 5 months into life with 2. The beginning was a goddamn nightmare that I thought I’d never wake from, but turns out it does eventually end and you get into a new routine with both kids and it’s back to business as usual (with an extra mouth screaming at you).

My son turned 3 two days after his baby brother was born. It’s definitely hard but once you get a routine going it gets easier. When he came to visit at the hospital we had a small gift ready to give him that was from the baby he loved it and was soo happy to meet his brother he actually gave him kisses and told me mommy he’s cute. But then reality hit and he realized baby was here to stay and his behavior changed he no longer would listen to me he just became a different child. What has helped tremendously was having him help with the baby so diaper changes feeding him playing reading him his bedtime story all ways he can help. When my husband gets home he takes the baby and we will either go outside in the yard and play go to the park down the road from our house or we go for walks just us and talk. A new thing I’ve started was doing mommy and son dates on the weekend we’ll go have breakfast together or dinner. Just make time to do one on one things with your toddler having a new baby is a big adjustment they go from having all your time and attention to now having to share it with this new little person and it’s like no that’s mommy they don’t understand you’re mommy to them both. It’s been getting better and he now really loves his little brother he sings to him talks to him and try’s sharing toys to play with him even though he’s only 3 months old. He loves making him laugh and smile it’s sweet.

This was a few days ago he was telling the baby his toy was an elephant and was teaching him to  make the elephant sound.

Sweetheart it is just time management that you need to learn quickly. I have 4 kids, my youngest babies are 1 year and eight months old and our baby boy is 8 months old. You will handle it great xx
