Flathead

So recently I noticed that my baby has a favorite side to lay on(right side) & I noticed it’s a little flatter than his left side. So I’ve been rotating him to lay on his left side but whenever I look back at him he’s back on his right. I don’t want his head to be flat, any recommendations, pillows etc anyone has used to help with this?
