Hey love .... eliminate stress number one! And change your diet. Eliminate simple carbs...eliminate quick sugars soda and everything white. Invest in a good vitamin. Detox your home. Check your blood sugars regularly avoid sudden spikes from candy fruit juice ect. 
Most docs will start PCOS’s on metformin to help your body get control of its blood sugar. Hyper and hypoglycemia both affect fertility and your ability to maintain a pregnancy. 
Have sex with intention. But also trust that your ancestors got you.

Hey girl! I too have PCOS and thyroid problems and struggled to get pregnant. I just had my babygirl 5/3 and what helped us was to “not try” we weren’t stressed and just having fun and it worked. 
I watched my diet and lost some weight which has something to do with it and just making sure my thyroid was in line but getting monthly checks on it.
