I have no way to know

I had unprotected sex a week ago and I am 2 days late for my period, I’m sick and stressed so maybe I’m late due to that? Any possible pregnancy symptoms I’m experiencing I get when I’m sick as well... don’t need an answer but maybe just some reassurance.. I’m too young for this :(
