Super emotional

Hi Ladies, I am feeling super emotional today. We found out on Saturday that we are expecting and due next year June. I have had a miscarriage and blighted ovum in the past and just super scared that it will happen again. The smallest of things are setting me off today. Just dont know how I will manage work feeling like this. Anyone else struggling with their emotions at the moment?
