Vaginal irritation

I’m sexually active, I’m on my period as we speak. I had used a pad for the first time in forever and also used summer <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> soap for the first time in forever. Could this just be irritation or std? It’s itchy when things rub against it
