Hair skin and nails specific vitamin didnt do anything for me  but once I was consistent with my prenatals, that's when I noticed a huge improvement!

I used a multi vitamin called Super Hair Formula from  Holland and Barrett (British/European store) which stopped my hair from falling out and seemed to increase  the growth of new hair. Other vitamins just didn't do the job.

I took biotin for 30 days and started growing hair on my face really bad and the hair on my arms got dark and thicker. No change to the hair on my head.
