Trying to conceive

So I’ve had 5 miscarriages but had testing done and turns out there was quite a few polyps on my womb which have now been removed and they’ve said hopefully that was the reasoning behind my miscarriages..

I’m now trying to conceive, never actually planned a pregnancy before.. I had a positive ovulation test last month but unfortunately didn’t get caught, today & yesterday I’ve had strong positive ovulation tests also, has anyone got any tips on anything to help increase my chances please??
