UPDATE:

Thank you all for your responses! I really appreciate it! Everything is fine and baby is great! Thank God! The doctor said it’s just signs of early labor and my body is preparing for birth. Baby’s heart rate was great and his movement was good as well. They did mention that I could possibly have a UTI as well so they did a urine culture and will call with the results.

I’m 38 weeks exactly today. I’ve been having mild cramps all night and when I went to bed last night I had some really light pink spotting. This morning when I woke up, I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I noticed that the color is a lot more pink/red. Could this be bloody show?? I don’t think I’m having contractions yet because I’m not really in pain or anything, just having constant cramps which feel like normal period cramps. I’m going to call my doctor when they open in an hour, but I’m just feeling really nervous and don’t know if I should be alarmed or not. Sorry if I posted on the wrong group!
