How did you know that he was your person, and when?

The day we met for sure. Now 6 years later we’ve been married nearly 2 years and expecting our first child! To this day I still get butterflies thinking about him! X

The day I saw him I told myself in my head that I was gonna marry him. I had never seen him before and didn't even know anything about him at all hadn't even talked to him yet. But as soon as we did talk we were instantly best friends, 2 years later we are married and about to have our first baby!! Like everyone else is saying, you just know.

The day my mom met him when he came over with a friend of mine and my mom told me that he was a great guy and I should date him. That was almost 23 years ago. 🥰

I saw him singing praises, and was completely in awe of how he was so brave to cry and praise God in front of so many people (I have anxiety so that's a big thing for me) I had a gut feeling I needed to talk to him. A week later we talked for the first time for 3hrs. Every night for a month or so we talked for hours on end. Two months after the day I saw him first we hung out together. I can't remember when I fell in love with him but it was somewhere within those long long talks about the world and what we wanted out of life and religion and life. Been together since Sept. 12 2018, got engaged Sept 6th 2019, getting married Mar. 21 2020. Everyone has said we act like a married couple since we started dating. It's never too early if it's meant to be 😊

My cousin is getting into photography so she made us stop on the side of the road otw home one day to take pictures 😂

I never believed in that whole “when you know, you know” thing until it happened to me. The day I met my current boyfriend I knew something, I just didn’t know what it was. By our third date my soul￼ told me this was it. We’ve been together for a year and a half now and we just continue to get stronger and closer. This man and this relationship are everything I never thought I deserved or would ever have. Trying to explain how I knew he was the one is literally impossible, it just came from a sense of peace and calm in my soul that I had never felt before￼. And I wasn’t even actively looking for someone when I met him, so it wasn’t like I was jumping on the first guy that wasn’t waving a giant glaring red flag at me. 
Just make sure the feeling is coming from your heart and not from your head, because our heads can get fucked up sometimes and forget what they’re supposed to be looking for. The heart always knows￼￼￼
