Tips on Getting life on track
I’m going back to college after leaving 3 years ago when I had to leave due to symptoms of my traumatic brain injury injury getting worse. So what I want to do is be able to set a schedule and find ways to stick to it (with some flexibility if I get sick) and find motivation to keep up my schedule. And this doesn’t have to involve School. It can be for meal prepping, going to the gym, keeping up with a skin care regimen(I’m struggling hard with this one). Or just how to keep positive and supportive thoughts since I don’t have more than 3 people supporting my choice to go to school. Any tips would be appreciated!💜
