I’m having pain in my right side on lower back, I can really only feel it when I bend my back. Only roughly 4 weeks and PRAYING it’s normal

Right side for me. Also lots of pain in my legs it’s getting me worried mainly on my calf’s. I’m 4 weeks 2 days only, anyone else?
