Anyone else had one? I’m 5 months into my breastfeeding journey and this is my first time experiencing this.
I thought I just had a clogged duct that wouldn’t dislodge and when I actually inspected my nipple, I saw the tell-tale white spot on one of my pores. I soaked it with a paper towel in hot water and then exfoliated it gently. What can I do to make sure it heals and doesn’t just seal up again?
