DIY Countertops Ideas?!

We have laminate countertops and I am dying to do something to fix them up!

My original plan was to do the DIY faux marble counters, but everywhere is either sold out or they’re discontinued. My husband doesn’t want to do them anymore as he wants something more unique.

I love the look of either wood counters or cement. But, I don’t want to deal with cement. I hate working with it. And I definitely do not want to have to rip up the counters to install the wood. That’s way too much work and can get pretty costly.

Contact paper also isn’t an option because we are way too rough on our counters.

So... any ideas?! I’m at a loss. And, I welcome ideas that are totally different than what I mentioned, up for some creativity! 💕
